For these projects, we scope the engagement after a discovery call and provide a clear written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and a flat price or monthly rate. No hourly billing surprises.

Yes, for all paid engagements we use a simple service agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. It protects both sides and ensures clarity before work begins. We don't do handshake deals for paid projects.
Project-based work is typically 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. For larger engagements we can discuss milestone-based payment. Monthly retainers bill on the first of each month. We accept ACH, credit card, and check.
No. What we quote is what you pay. If scope changes during a project, we discuss it with you before doing additional work and provide a change order. We don't add fees after the fact.
Yes. All monthly retainers are month-to-month. We ask for 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or long-term lock-ins unless specifically agreed to in writing as part of a custom engagement.
We stand behind our work. If something isn't delivered as scoped, we fix it — that's our commitment. We don't offer speculative refunds on completed strategy sessions or audits, but if a project stalls on our end, we'll work out a fair resolution. We've never had a client feel cheated.
Our published prices reflect fair value for the work. For bundled engagements (e.g., a website + CRM build together), we routinely offer combined pricing that's better than buying each piece separately. Ask about bundles during your consultation.
Yes. We've worked with businesses at every stage. For pre-revenue teams, we often recommend starting with a Strategy Session before committing to a larger engagement — it's the most cost-effective way to determine where we can add the most value for your specific situation.
Monthly maintenance plans include: hosting management, security updates, plugin/software updates, content updates (up to 2 hours/month on Professional and Enterprise), uptime monitoring, and priority support. Any work beyond the included hours is billed at $150/hour and discussed before proceeding.
